Returns & Exchanges

At Trade Treads, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your new boots aren’t the right fit or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • You include proof of purchase

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email our team at hello@tradetreads.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Pack your item securely and post it back using a tracked service. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item. Simply follow the same process and let us know what you’d like in return. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
